Terms and Conditions of Sale

Thank you for choosing NEA Carports. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• A deposit is required to initiate your order.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or installation.
• Payments may be made via cash, check or credit card. *certain fees may apply call for more details* 

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Changes to the order may result in additional charges and may impact delivery timelines.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to weather and other unforeseen factors.
• The customer is responsible for preparing the site for installation, including any necessary permits, site leveling, and removing obstructions.

• We provide a One-Year Warranty on Workmanship. Acts of Nature (e.g., extreme weather, flooding) are not covered. Please see our full Warranty Policy for details.

• Orders canceled before manufacturing may be eligible for a partial refund. Once production has started, refunds are not available.
• Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

• NEA Carports is not liable for damage to structures or property due to Acts of Nature or events outside our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

• The customer is responsible for maintaining the carport after installation to extend its life and performance, especially in regions with extreme weather conditions.
